Manchester United have confirmed the sale of Wales winger Daniel James to Leeds United, just two days after he started for the Red Devils in the Premier League.
The 20-time English champions confirmed the 23-year-old's departure on Tuesday after he made 74 appearances for the club.
James was signed by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in 2019 from Swansea City following a referral from his at-the-time Wales manager Ryan Giggs, a United club legend.
Here is how United could line up with Ronaldo:
Although he started life at Old Trafford promisingly, scoring three goals in his first month at the club, the speedy winger has been unable to establish himself as an important first-team regular.
This season, however, James started two of United's first three Premier League matches, but his playing time was expected to be cut drastically short due to the return of Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to reports, the player has commanded a transfer fee of £25 million (R501 million).
