Reports: Khedira Agrees Deal With Bayern

According to Spanish reports, Germany midfielder Sami Khedira has reportedly agreed terms with Bayern Munich.

Khedira has been a long-term target of Arsenal, but there seems to have been no contract talks despite the rumoured interest.

The German international has struggled to hold down a regular starting place at Real Madrid with Carlo Ancelotti at the helm, as the Italian has preferred Toni Kroos and Luka Modric in midfield.

Sky Sports in England are reporting that the 27-year-old has reached an agreement to leave Real Madrid at the end of this season, and it seems like Bayern Munich is his next destination.

In the January transfer window, Los Blancos signed two teenage sensations in Martin Odegaard and Lucas Silva, and it seems like Khedira's time at Real has run its course.

It’s said that Khedira is happy to see out his contract at the club, and is excited to be joining Pep Guardiola and former teammate Xabi Alonso at Bayern.

Khedira has made 158 appearances for Real Madrid so far and has scored nine goals, while assisting in 13 more.
