It was a quiet Sunday in the German Bundesliga with only two games taking place which saw Paderborn and Freiburg winning their respective matches.
Paderborn moved out of the relegation zone with a 2-1 win over Hannover 96 at the HDI Arena.
Paderborn had to come from a goal behind to register only their fifth with of the season which sees them up to 12th place with 23 points while Hannover remained in tenth place on 25 points.
Marcelo opened the scoring for Hannover in the 66th minute before goals from Srdan Lakic in the 72nd minute and Alban Meha in the 79th minute handed Paderborn the win.
In the other game on Sunday, goals from Felix Klaus and Maximilian Philip handed Freiburg a 2-0 win over Hertha BSC at the Olympiastadion Berlin.
The win was not enough to see Freiburg out of the relegation zone and sees them currently occupying 16th place with 21 points with Hertha BSC one place below them also on 21 points, but an inferior goal difference.
