Ivorian Star Helps Hertha Move Up To Fifth

John Brooks and Valentin Stocker were on target for Hertha Berlin as they overcame Augsburg 2-0 on Sunday afternoon.
Brooks opened the scoring in the 12th minute and was followed by Stocker in the 37th minute making it 2-0, with Ivorian Salomon Kalou picking up the assist.
The win lifted Hertha Berlin to fifth place with 43 points on the log.
Augsburg, meanwhile, remain rooted in the 16th place with 29 points to their name.
Ingolstadt 3-2 Darmstadt
Pascal Grob, Almog Cohen and Markus Suttner were all on target as they earned Inglostadt a crucial 3-2 win over Darmstadt in a bid to survive relegation on Sunday afternoon.
Grob opened the scoring in the 19th minute but Mario Vrancic equalised for Darmstadt minutes later.
The away side were in the lead in the 39th minute as Vrancic got his second goal of the match.
Cohen restored parity in the 68th minute, before Suttner scored the winning goal for the home side in the 72nd minute.
Ingolstadt are still languishing in 17th position in the log standings with 28 points despite the win.
While, Darmstadt are 18th with 15 points and relegation looks almost inevitable.
