Marcel Risse and Yuya Osako were on the score sheet as FC Cologne beat Frankfurt 4-2, while Bayer Leverkusen beat Paderborn 3-0 in this Sunday’s Bundesliga action.
A Deyverson strike saw Cologne lead in their match at half time, while Marcel Risse, Yuya Osako and Anthony Ujah all added their names to the score sheet.
Kevin Wimmer’s red card and two Alexander Meier strikes weren’t enough to allow Frankfurt back into the games as it ended 4-2 at the RheinEnergieStadion.
Then, in the other game of the day, Kyriakos Papadopoulos scored and Heung-Min Son got a brace for Bayer Leverkusen in a 3-0 win over Paderborn.
Leverkusen move back up into fourth as Paderborn fall into the relegation zone, while Cologne and Franfurt are now 11th and ninth respectively.
