Hamburg Hold Out Against Dortmund

Hamburg and Dortmund shared the spoils at the Imtech Arena in their Bundesliga game on Saturday as they drew 0-0.
The hosts created the first chance in the 25th minute when Mohamed Gouaida sneaked in behind Oliver Kirch to run onto Nicolai Muller's pass, but his attempt on goal was straight at the goalkeeper who parried it back before Hummels cleared.
A couple of minutes later at the other end of the pitch, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang broke away and played it on for Henrikh Mkhitaryan on the right wing. The Armenian directed his pass into the six-yard box for Kagawa to attack but he missed the ball and Reus sent his header down Drobny's throat.
Aubameyang theatened Hamburg with his pace again as he beat Cleber and surged towards the edge of the area where he unleashed a venomous shot that went straight at the keeper.
It was a closely contested clash with both sides creating chances to net a winner but neither could find the decisive strike and had to settle for a draw.
Elsewhere, Schalke beat Hoffenheim 3-1, Werder recorded a 1-0 win at Freiburg, Augsburg edged out Wolfsburg 1-0, Bayern Munich beat Hannover 3-1, and Mainz drew 2-2 with Monchengladbach.
