With one of Zinedine Zidane’s most-expensive signings close to a move away from Real Madrid following a nightmare spell in Spain, the French boss has sent a message to the departing player.
Serbian international Luka Jovic joined Los Blancos in 2019 from Eintracht Frankfurt, and appears to be close to securing a loan return to the Bundesliga side, who will reportedly have the option of making the move permanent.
The striker’s impending arrival appeared to be confirmed by Frankfurt officials on Wednesday, including first team coach Adi Hutter, who said Jovic has done all he can to return to the club.

Speaking about the expected move, Zidane admitted that the ex-Benfica forward has had a tough time in Spain, and that he has a lot to learn.
"He is a player who is still with us," he said, according to Marca.
"I haven't been told anything at the moment. We will see what happens.
"He is a striker who scores goals, it is what we want from Luka. He was 21 years old (when he joined), he was young.
"He has not had much luck, he has had difficulty adapting, (with) injuries...He has to learn many things, but his qualities will always be there."
Jovic has scored just twice for Real in 32 appearances.
