A shock report has linked Bayern Munich superstar Robert Lewandowski with a big-money move to the Premier League.
With the 32-year-old's contract in the Bundesliga only set to expire 2023, there is talk that he could soon push for a new deal.
According to German publication Sport Bild, the Pole's agent will apply pressure on Bayern to either offer him a new contract or sell him to a team that can afford his wage demands.
It is further claimed that the only teams able to afford Lewandowski are clubs from the Premier League, although at this point it remains uncertain as to whether or not there is actual interest from teams in England.
Despite his age, the former Borussia Dortmund forward is one of the most lethal strikers in world football, and has scored 36 league goals in 26 matches so far this season.
