Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, who will go up against one another in the UEFA Champions League this week, are reportedly preparing to do battle for a wonderkid who could cost them up to £100 million (R1.8 billion).
United and PSG will face off against each other in the second leg of their UCL round of 16 tie on Wednesday night, with the French giants having 2-0 aggregate lead going into the clash.
However, the two European giants will be embroiled in another fight before next season – the battle for Jadon Sancho's signature.
According to the Daily Telegraph, both the Red Devils and Les Parisiens are interested in signing the 18-year-old dribbler, who could end up costing up to £100 million in a bidding war.
Sancho has impressed since joining the German side at the beginning of the previous campaign, establishing himself as a first-team regular at the club.
The Manchester City youth product has scored nine goals and assisted a further 14 strikes in 32 matches for BVB so far this season.
