Manchester United and Chelsea are believed to be on high alert after reports in Germany suggested that Bayern Munich are ready to offload one of two stars at the end of this season.
According to Kicker, the Bavarians may allow either Spain international Thiago Alcantara or Chilean Arturo Vidal to leave the Allianz Arena at the end of the campaign.
The Bundesliga giants are apparently looking to reshape their squad for next season, and bring in more youthful faces.
The German giants have already made one signing for next season, after they confirmed the signing of 23-year-old Leon Goretzka from Schalke last month.
United boss Jose Mourinho is apparently keen on taking Vidal to Old Trafford in the next campaign, with a view to replacing Michael Carrick, who will retire from professional football after this season.
Despite the question marks hanging over manager Antonio Conte's head, Chelsea are also said to be interested in both players as they look to strengthen a squad that has struggled for consistency in this campaign.
