The Gunners have been linked with various players since the transfer window opened, but they are yet to announce any new arrivals.
Santi Cazorla will leave the north London club when his contract comes to an end this month, and the Mirror claim the Gunners are targeting Bayern midfielder Corentin Tolisso.
It is believed that Emery, who succeeded Arsene Wenger as Arsenal coach, is a big fan of the France international, and wants to secure the player to bolster the midfield.
However, according to CalcioInsider, the Bavarians have no intention of selling the midfielder at any price.
The 23-year-old joined Bayern from Olympique Lyon at the start of the season and went on to score 10 goals and provide seven assists.
