German side Borussia Dortmund have officially announced who their new manager will be ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.
Despite Peter Stoger guiding BVB to UCL football, the 52-year-old Austrian decided to step down and part ways with the club, who have now appointed Lucien Favre as manager.
The former Nice boss has signed a deal that will see him take control of the German team until 2020, as announced by the club on Twitter on Tuesday.
Favre impressed during his time in France, where he guided Nice to a third-place finish in his first season, and an eighth place finish in the 2017/18 campaign.
