Jadon Sancho and Thorgan Hazard had the hosst two goals up inside the opening 20 minutes.
Vladimir Darida pulled one back on 34 minutes, but Hertha were unable to get the equaliser.

RB Leipzig survived a second-half scare to overcome Paderborn 3-2 on Saturday afternoon.
The visitors raced into a three-goal lead in the first half thansk to strikes from Patrick Schick, Marcel Sabitzer and Timo Werner.
Paderborn did pull two goals back through Streli Mamba and Klaus Gjasula to set up a nervy final 20 minutes, but Leipzig were able to hold on for three points.
Hoffenheim 1-1 Fortuna Dussledorf
Fortuna Dusseldorf struck late in the second half to earn themselves a point at Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon.
Andrej Kramaric put Hoffenheim ahead after just six minutes, but the visitors snatched a point thanks to Rouwen Hennings' 87th minute strike.

Koln halted their four-game losing streak after drawing 1-1 with Augsburg at RheinEnergieStadion.
After Andre Han missed a penalty after nine minutes, Florian Niederlechner put the hosts ahead on 43 minutes.
Both teams had players sent off as Rafael Czichos and Hahn were sent off the in latter stages of the half, while Koln secured the equaliser Jhon Cordoba on 86 minutes.
