Two Bayern Munich stars were involved in an altercation in training this week and manager Niko Kovac has now discussed the incident.
According to German publication Bild, Roberto Lewandowski and Kingsley had an altercation behind closed doors on Thursday.
The two players had to be separated by Niklas Sule and Jerome Boateng, but neither were punished by the coach.
"There was an incident during training yesterday. There was a scuffle between two players, and I discussed it with them after the session," Kovac said, according to ESPN.
"Both apologised for their behaviour, and they are very sorry it came to this. There will be no fines."
"There are emotions in training, and you can also see the upside -- we are alive!"
