Senegal remain the highest-ranked African nation as they are unmoved in 20th position following a 2-0 win over Congo and a 1-1 draw Togo in their last two matches.
Morocco, Cameroon, and Mali all moved up the rankings for November while Egypt, Tunisia and Algeria have managed to slip down the list.
Ghana, who defeated South Africa and Ethiopia recently remain unchanged in 52nd position but they are eighth highest-ranked African nation.
Bafana Bafana, meanwhile, have dropped three places from 66th to 69th minute since the last rankings in October.
