Eto'o Announces Retirement After Impressive Career

Former FC Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o has announced his retirement from professional football.

The 37-year-old was last on the books of Qatar SC, where he registered six goals in 17 appearances in the Qatar Stars League last season.

The Cameroon legend has now decided to hang up his boots after glittering career for both club and country.

During his time with the Indomitable Lions, Eto'o won two Africa Cup of Nations titles and an Olympic gold medal in 2000.

The Cameroon star is also one of Africa's most decorated player, having won 15 titles during his club career, which includes three UEFA Champions League titles.
