The International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) has announced its annual list of the world's top goalkeepers, and Mamelodi Sundowns' Denis Onyango was once again among the names on it.
The Uganda international, who also appeared in the IFFHS' 2016 ranking, was the only African on the 2018 list.
He received one point from the IFFHS jury, which consists of football experts from 90 countries around the world, and ended up in joint-16th position alongside Russia's Igor Akinfeev, Mexico's Guillermo Ochoa and Switzerland's Yann Sommer.
Belgium and Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois topped the ranking this year, and was named the world's best stopper in 2018 after receiving 181 points. He beat Hugo Lloris, who earned 109 points, and Gianluigi Buffon, with 59 points, to the accolade.
Manchester United's David de Gea, meanwhile, only ended in eighth position – you can find the complete top 12 in the gallery above!
