Following the drama surrounding South Africa's 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier in Ghana last month, more referee controversy has unfolded in the west African country.
According to footballghana.com, Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have filed a formal complaint against match official Julian Nunoo.
The referee oversaw Asante Kotoko's clash against King Faisal in the Ghana Premier League this past weekend, a match that appears to have been embroiled in drama.
King Faisal beat Asante 3-2 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, with the Porcupine Warriors revealing on Monday that a complaint had been lodged with the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
