Red Devils starlet Hannibal Mejbri will now don the colours of the Eagles of Carthage despite representing France at junior level.

The talented 18-year-old made his official debut for United's first team on the final day of the Premier League season against Wolverhampton Wanderers, but is already set to make his senior debut on the international stage.

Hannibal has now been included in Mondher Kebaier's squad to face DR Congo, Algeria and Mali next month as they begin their preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in September.

Meanwhile, the uncapped duo of Arsenal starlet Omar Rekik and BK Hacken midfielder Ali Youssef also earned call-ups to the Tunisian national side.
