CAF president Ahmad Ahmad has broken his silence on the five-year ban handed down on him by world football governing body, FIFA.

The adjudicatory chamber of the independent Ethics Committee found Ahmed guilty of breaches of duty of loyalty, offering and accepting gifts or other benefits, abuse of position, and misappropriation of funds.
After CAF shared their response on Monday, Ahmad has now taken to social media to reveal he will challenge the punishment.
