Ex-Barca Striker Nets First Goal For African Giants

Cameroon 0-0 Rwanda

Cameroon and Rwanda settled for a share of the spoils in their final Group F clash.

While there were no goals, Rwanda did finish the game with 10 men after goalkeeper Olivier Kwizera was shown a straight red.

Mozambique 0-1 Cape Verde

Cape Verde finished second in Group F with a 1-0 win over Mozambique on Tuesday night.

An own goal from Faisal Bangal guided the visitors to victory.

Morocco 1-0 Burundi

Morocco finished their qualifying campaign unbeaten after defeating Burundi 1-0 on Tuesday night.

Munir El Haddadi got the only goal for Morocco to open his account on his second appearance.

Burundi, meanwhile, finish the campaign in third spot.

Senegal 1-1 Eswatini

Senegal finished their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign unbeaten after drawing 1-1 with Eswatini in their final Group I clash.

The hosts looked destined to suffer their first loss when Sabelo Gamedze handed Eswatini the lead on nine minutes, but Cheikhou Kouyate popped up with the equaliser in the 96th minute.

Guinea-Bissau 3-0 Congo

Guinea-Bissau qualified for next year's tournament after claiming an impressive 3-0 win over Congo.

Piqueti opened the scoring on the stroke of halftime, before Frederic Mendy and Jorginho wrapped the win to secure second spot in Group I while Congo finish third.

Nigeria 3-0 Lesotho

Nigeria also managed to avoid defeat in Group L after defeating Lesotho 3-0 in their final qualifier.

Victor Osimhen put the hosts ahead on 23 minutes while Oghenekaro Etebo and Paul Onuachu were also on target.

Central African Republic 0-1 Mauritania

Mauritania qualified for the tournament after defeating Central African Republic 1-0 on Tuesday afternoon.

Aboubakar Kamara scored the only goal to secure second spot in Group E.

Cote d'Ivoire 3-1 Ethiopia

Ivory Coast finished top of Group K after registering a 3-1 win over Ethiopia.

Willy Boly, Franck Kessi and Jean Evrad Kouassi were on target for the Elephants, while Getaneh Kebede netted a consolation for the visitors.

Madagascar 0-0 Niger

Madagascar missed out on second spot in Group K after only managing a 0-0 draw with Niger, which allowed Ethiopia to progress.
