Ghana 3-1 Sao Tome and Principe
Ghana finished as Group C winners after thrashing Sao Tome and Principe 3-1 at Baba Yara Stadium.
Nicholas Opoku and Jordan Ayew gave the Black Stars a two-goal lead heading to the break and Baba Rahman killed off the game with the third goal on the hour-mark.
Iniesta scored the consolation goal for Sao Tome with seven minutes remaining.
Tunisia 2-1 Equatorial Guinea
Tunisia ended their campaign unbeaten and at the top of Group J after edging Equatorial Guinea 2-1 in the final match in Rades.
Both sides had already booked their spots in the 2022 tournament, as an early goal by Seifeddine Jaziri and an own goal by Carlos Akapo early in the second stanza gave the Carthage Eagles a comfortable two-goal lead.
Equatorial Guinea pulled a goal back through another own goal by Firas Chaouat in the last two minutes.
Namibia 2-1 Guinea
Namibia ended their campaign in Group A on a winning note, although in a dead rubber after beating already qualified Guinea 2-1 thanks to a brace by Peter Shalulile at Independence Stadium.
Mamadou Kane got the opener for Guinea in the 17th minute but Shalulile got the equaliser for Namibia on the stroke of half-time from Deon Hotto's assist and snatched the winner for the hosts in the last 13 minutes.
However, the win was not enough for the Brave Warriors, as they missed out on qualification after finishing third in the group, behind second-placed Guinea and leaders Mali.
Tanzania 1-0 Libya
Tanzania finished their Group J campaign with a 1-0 win over Libya at Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.
Both sides were already out of the running to qualify, as Simon Msuva scored the only goal of the match for Tanzania on the stroke of half-time.
Tanzania finished in third place, two points behind second-placed Equatorial Guinea while Libya were bottom of the group.
