Botswana Claim Three Points Against Comoros

Botswana 2-1 Comoros

Botswana collected three valuable points in their 2017 Afcon Group D clash with Comoros on Sunday.

The visitors took the lead in the 45th minute as Mchangama Youssouf netted the opening goal. However, Moyana equalised just after the break before Mogorosi's winner three minutes before the end.

The result sees Botswana take third position, while Comoros drop to the bottom of the table.

Kenya 0-1 Guinea-Bissau

Jose Luis Mendes's 81st-minute goal was enough to secure the win for the visitors. The victory propels Guinea-Bissau to the top of Group E, while Kenya are bottom.

Benin 4-1 South Sudan

Stephane Sessegnon put the hosts in front in the 23rd minute before their lead was doubled by Michael Pote (38'). Joel Dossou wrapped up the three points in the 72nd minute, and Lionel Zinsou gave the visitors a consolation goal just before the end. Sessegnon completed his brace in stoppage time.

The win moves Benin up to first position in Group C, ahead of Mali, while South Sudan are in third.
