Algeria continued their winning start in Group F with a 2-0 victory away to Tanzania on Wednesday evening at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium.
The 2019 Africa champions were once again without star man Riyad Mahrez, although Adam Ounas replaced Rachid Ghezzal on the right flank.
Nevertheless, Goals from Ramy Bensebaini and Mohamed El Amine Amoura guided the Algerians to victory.
Uganda 1-1 Niger
Uganda and Niger both remain without a win in Group F after drawing 1-1 at St Mary's Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.
Milton Karisa opened the scoring for the hosts just before the break, while Mahamadou Amadou Sabo got the equaliser for Niger with 20 minutes left on the clock.

Mozambique moved up to second spot in Group L with a 1-0 triumph away to Benin on Wednesday night.

Sudan registered their first win in Group I after defeating the Democratic of Republic 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Waleed Bakhet Hamid and Mohamed Abdelrahman got the goals for the home side at the Al-Hilal Stadium.
Jonathan Mpango grabbed a consolation for the Congolese, who remain rooted to the bottom of the group with zero points.
Congo 1-0 Gambia
Congo bounced back from the big defeat to Mali with a narrow 1-0 win over Gambia at the Stade Alphonse Massamba-Débat.
Antoine Makoumbou got the all-important winning goal for the home side to secure their first win in the qualifying campaign.
Gabon 0-0 Mauritania
Gabon and Mauritania could not be separated in Franceville after playing to a goalless draw on Wednesday evening.
