Egypt moved to the summit of Group J on Friday evening following a 3-2 win over Tunisia.
Naim Sliti put the visitors ahead after 14 minutes before Trezeguet and Baher El Mohamady hit back to put Egypt 2-1 up.
Sliti completed his brace in the 72nd minute to level matters but Mohamed Salah struck the winning goal for Egypt late on.
South Sudan 2-5 Burundi
Burundi boosted their hopes of qualifying for the Afcon after they thumped South Sudan 5-2 on Friday afternoon.
Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Fiston Abdul Razak stole the show by bagging four goals for the visitors while Cedric Amissi got the other goal for Burundi.
