FIFA Confederations Cup

Teams: Portugal vs Chile

Venue: Kazan Arena

Date: 28 June 2017

Time: 8.00pm

Portugal reached the Confederations Cup semi-final as winners of Group A after beating New Zealand (4-0) and Russia (1-0), and drawing 2-2 with Mexico, while Chile won only one game in Group B.

The South Americans finished second in Group B behind Germany after beating Cameroon (2-0), and drawing 1-1 with both Germany and Australia.

Portugal enter the game in fine form, having won four of their past five games, all without conceding, while Ronaldo picked up the Man of the Match award in each of his team's three group stage games.

Overall, the Real Madrid attacker has scored 20 goals in his past 14 appearances for club and country, and Portugal will hope he continues this fine run to help them qualify for Sunday's final.

Chile, meanwhile, have won only one of their past five games, drawing three and losing the other fixture. The Copa America holders will hope Alexis Sanchez can lead them to the final – the Arsenal forward has netted seven goals in his past eight games for club and country.
