With voting for the FIFA22 TOTY now closed, the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Robert Lewandowski are said to be in contention for the popular reveal.
What’s the story?
The FIFA22 TOTY date has been confirmed by Electronic Arts, with fans having the chance to vote between January 10 and January 18 2022. With 80 nominees to choose from, the final TOTY will be determined by fan votes with a possible input from EA.
Release Date
Around the TOTY announcement, players look out for rewards for some for some of their favourite stars, as they look to get upgraded FIFA Ultimate Team player cards/items.
Nonetheless and as seen on the EA Sports website, gamers will get to see which players made the FIFA22 TOTY on 20 January.
New Additions?
FIFA22 could well have six new features as seen on a Twitter leak. Potentially arriving in January, players could be treated to a Mid icon SBC, Prime Torres, Clarence Seedorf Low Icon, 78+ player pick (2), 81-87 upgrades and swap objectives (Silver, Italy, Liga NOS and EFL).
