One of the most anticipated games at the moment, God of War Ragnarok, is still coming this year, according to one of the developers.
Last week saw the Anniversary of 2018's God of War, a game that cleaned up at awards ceremonies and is regarded as one of the best games of the last generation.
However, fans that were expecting some update on the sequel last week only got a video from Cory Barlog of Sony Santa Monica explaining that they were not quite ready to share an update on Ragnarok.
In the video he stated, "Speaking of God of War Ragnarok, the elephant in the room. We haven't said a lot about this. That's because everybody is heads-down, hard at work. We are perfectionists. There is so much going on right now that I just wish we could share it with you, but it's just not ready to be shown.
"I guarantee you the moment - the very second that we have something we're ready to share, we're going to share it with you. We don't want to hold any of this back.

"So please, hold tight, know that something cool is coming."
Ragnarok was initially due to arrive in 2021, but an injury suffered by Christopher Judge, the voice of Kratos, was reportedly behind the delay to 2022, according to Gamespot.
Due to the latest non-updates, fans have begun to fear that like many other AAA titles, the next God of War may be pushed back to next year.
However, animation director Bruno Velazquez took to Twitter with a simple reply to a question about the game, saying, "Ragnarok is coming this year."
