He joins Tuks on a two-year deal and is seen as a valuable addition to the strike force. The player known as Long,
joined Tuks in 2010 where he was promoted to play for SAB league outfit, Spartak.
Mfulwane netted four goals for Tshwane University of Pretoria in the 2013 varsity football tournament, two of them were against Tuks.
Speaking to the club's website, Mfulwane said he's delighted to have been offered to opportunity to play in the PSL.
"I am very happy to finally be given an opportunity in the first team and I hope to repay the coaches' belief in my abilities," said the striker.
The crew is informed that the striker is the student team's current top goal scorer and coach, Steve Barker, expressed his confidence in the player's potential.
"He has been scoring goals wherever he has gone and has shown tremendous potential in the USSA league and the varsity cup. We look forward to him adding value and banging in the goals for the first team," said coach.
