SuperSport United will be looking to keep up their impressive league run against Moroka Swallows tonight. They haven’t lost to the Dube Birds in the PSL since the 2005/06 season.
Matsatsantsa go into tonight’s game knowing that they consolidate their position at the top of the table, with a win taking them to 13 points, however a defeat would mean that Swallows would join them on 10 points.
Since 1990 the two teams have met in 45 league games, with SuperSport claiming 18 wins to Swallows' 13, while 14 of them have ended with the spoils being shared.
However, the Birds will be hoping to get one over on their bogey team as they attempt to beat Matsatsantsa in a league game for the first time in around seven years.
Last season’s encounters between the two ended 3-1 to SuperSport and 0-0 respectively, results that Cavin Johnson would possibly be happy with in this campaign.

While Swallows have had a reasonably good start to their season so far, they are yet to win on the road, something that Zeca Marques will be keen to rectify tonight.
