As predicted by the Siya crew, Siyanda Xulu has been unveiled as one of the new signings at Kaizer Chiefs at their press conference this morning.
Xulu has been expected to conclude a move to Chiefs after he was spotted at the club’s offices recently.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns player’s signing was announced at the club’s press conference at Naturena this morning.
The centre back has been plying his trade in Russia for FC Rostov, having left South Africa in 2012, after parting ways with Sundowns.
The 23-year-old is returning to The Amakhosi, after being with the club’s youth structures earlier in his career, before he turned professional in the colours of Sundowns.
Having played overseas and for Bafana Bafana, Xulu could turn out to be the most important signing for Chiefs for the upcoming season.
Chiefs have also added fellow defender Daniel Cardoso, as well as striker Camaldine Abraw to their roster for the 2015/16 season, among others.
