As reported by the Siya crew in this week’s edition of Soccer Laduma, issue 878, Kaizer Chiefs could be forced to dig deep into their pockets to land young talented Mpumalanga Black Aces winger, Thabo Qalinge.
According to officials at the Mpumalanga-based outfit, Chiefs had presented a multi-million rand offer for the player.
Rumours arose that both Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns have offered R5 million plus players for the 22-year-old, which means that the Amakhosi could be forced to fork out close to the R7 million mark, as predicted by the Siya Crew.
Affectionately known as 'Section 10' in local football circles, Qalinge is seen as a possible long-term replacement for Siphiwe Tshabalala, hence the huge interest in the Aces youngster.
