News making its way out of the Polokwane City is that midfielder Tshidiso Patjie has stopped training with the club.
As previously reported by the crew over the weekend, the 23-year-old was training at Rise and Shine with a view to land a PSL contract.
However, the coach Boebie Solomons, said the player is good but the concern is not to repeat what occurred last season.
“Yes he trained with us but he has stopped now. He’s a talented player but we decided against signing him because of what we learned last season. We had so many players with NFD experience last season and unfortunately we can’t sign him in that regard. We need experienced players who will come with expertise. We survived relegation and we cannot afford to see us in that position again,” said Mzala.
Although the former Mbombela United player was also monitored by Moroka Swallows, it remains to be seen where his future lie.
The crew will keep track of his movements and keep you updated.
