Lehlohonolo Majoro has made his return to the Cape Town City squad after watching from the sidelines in several encounters.
The 31-year-old striker was dropped from Head Coach Benni McCarthy’s setup ever since the team’s first encounter in the 2017 Telkom Knockout competition.

At the time, McCarthy informed the media that talks around a contract extension were being discussed and had impacted the player’s focus during training, which subsequently resulted in the head coach leaving the player out of four of his matchday squads.
However, the Siya crew has since been informed that the player travelled with his side to KwaZulu-Natal yesterday, where they will lock horns with Maritzburg United in an Absa Premiership encounter at the Princess Magogo Stadium this evening, December 05.
