Mark Mayambela is set to begin training with SuperSport United today, following his relocation from the Eastern Cape to Gauteng yesterday (Thursday).
The midfielder, who signed with SuperSport from Chippa United in this transfer window, has been held up with some paperwork that delayed his move to the Tshwane outfit.
With SuperSport in the final stages of their preparations for the Absa Premiership game against Polokwane City this weekend, the Siya crew has been reliably informed that Mayambela has finally travelled to be with his new club.
Mayambela penned a three-and-half-year contract with Matsatsantsa. The 28-year-old confirmed on his official Facebook account that he will be wearing the number 14 jersey at SuperSport.
Mayambela made nine league starts for Chippa in the first round of the season.
