Wits’ Midfield Man & Stopper Out Of Polokwane Clash

Bidvest Wits will be without midfield signing, Xola Mlambo, and influential goalkeeper, Moeneeb Josephs, when they face Polokwane City this evening.
The Clever Boys have picked up two red cards in their first three games of 2016/17 despite their fine start, with Mlambo picking up two yellows against Orlando Pirates, and Josephs being dismissed in last week’s win over Cape Town City.
Gavin Hunt’s side face Rise & Shine this evening as they look to make it four wins in a row for the season, although the absence of their missing duo will no doubt be felt going into the clash.
As in the last game, Ben Motshwari could be set to take Mlambo’s place in the middle of the park, while Darren Keet is expected to get his first start for the club since returning from Belgium.
The likes of James Keene and Phakamani Mahlambi are still recovering from their respective surgeries, and are only expected back towards the end of the year.
