Gordon Igesund has named a separate 23-man squad to take on Zimbabwe in the international friendly on September 10.
Earlier today Igesund announced his 23-man squad to face Botswana in Bafana Bafana’s all-important FIFA World Cup qualifier in Durban, and he has now named a second squad for the visit of The Warriors.
All of the international-based players from the original squad, other than Darren Keet, will be leaving following the game against Botswana, as will the Orlando Pirates players who have a CAF Champions League game soon after.
Keet will be pulled into the main squad having spent the first camp training as a non-playing goalkeeper. Also, Kermit Erasmus, who is ineligible for theChampions League, will remain with the national team.
The most notable inclusion in the second Bafana squad is that of Siphelele Mthembu, the Platinum Stars forward whom bagged a brace against Wits in the MTN8 semi-finals last weekend.

Bernard Parker, Siphelele Mthembu, Kermit Erasmus, Lebogang Manyama.
Bafana will face Botswana on September 7 at the Moses Mabhida Stadium before taking on Zimbabwe on September 10, at an as yet unnamed venue.
