Rocksteady Games have formally announced their new game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League for 2022.
Rocksteady, who are best known for their Batman Arkham trilogy, have been quiet for some time, and after teasing their new game with an image a few days back, they have now officially revealed the game.
The game was announcedat the FC FanDome event, where they showed of a pre-rendered trailer along with an interview with Lego Batman Movie actor, Will Arnett.
Though the trailer didn't necessarily show of gameplay, it did reveal a number of characters, including Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Boomerang and King Shark.
The trailer also revealed evil Superman, while Publishers Warner Bros. Interactive described the game as an action-adventure shooter.
The game will feature up to four-player co-op, and the creative director of the game, Sefton Hill, stated that players won't be locked to any particular character while playing - allowing them to switch between them.
Interestingly, the game will be a continuation of the Batman Arkham universe, and will land on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC in 2022.
