The remake of the immensely popular sci-fi horror, Dead Space, has been given a release date.
The original title from Visceral Game was a standout game back in 2008, and EA Motive have been showing off a promising remake of the game, that seems that it won't lose the creepy, claustrophobic atmosphere.
EA have officially confirmed that the game will come out on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S on 27 January 2023.
The remake was announced in July 2021, and according to the developers it is being remade from the ground up as they look to bring Isaac Clarke's terrifying journey into the next generation.

As reported by Eurogamer, EA Motive promised to improve both the audio and visual elements to bring them up to date, along with tweaks to the story, characters and game mechanics in order for players to have a somewhat fresh experience.
According to EA, the game reached an alpha state in development two weeks ago, which allowed the team to do a full walkthrough of the game.
This is also likely to be the last reveal for some time, with the next Dead Space showcase only set for October, which is just a few months prior to full release.
