CD Projekt Red have confirmed that there will be free DLC after the launch of Cyberpunk 2077.
The studio, which headed up the highly-acclaimed Witcher games, will continue their trend of providing players with more for their money.
The Witcher 3 had 16 free pieces of DLC. Their expansion packs did come at a cost, but they offered a serious chunk of new content.
John Mamai of CD Projekt Red had confirmed that the model worked for the Witcher, and they intended to continue it with Cyberpunk 2077.
The studio, however, has not provided any new details on whether or not there will be paid expansions for the upcoming action RPG.
Cyberpunk 2077 is due to launch in November for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, while there is also a next-generation version in the works.
If you purchase Cyberpunk 2077 on any of the current generation consoles, then you will get it for free on PS5 or Xbox Series X.
