The Siya crew recently reported that it was just a matter of time before the 24-year-old was unveiled as La Pallaide’s latest signing following his move to France, however, the announcement has been delayed as they wait on Masandawana.
There were hopes that Dolly would be able to feature for his new club this weekend, but the delay in obtaining his clearance has meant that he’s still unable to train, although that should soon be sorted out.
Siyavuma Sports Group, who look after the player, told the crew that the £1.5m transfer fee was paid on Monday and it’s now just a case of the money arriving in South Africa.
SSG said, “Keagan’s deal is completed now. He passed his medical and his contract is agreed. Everything has been done. It’s just a question of the funds arriving in South Africa after being sent on Monday, they’re expected to arrive today. The clubs will then complete everything on FIFA’s Transfer Management System and Keagan will be registered.”
The drawn out saga, which has led to the player’s unveiling being delayed, should soon be at an end, and the player will be eager to get back to his football and focus on trying to make his debut for the club as soon as possible.
