Paris Saint-Germain coach, Laurent Blanc, has confirmed many clubs are interested in signing Angel Di Maria.
The French champions were understood to have stopped the chase for the Argentine, but it seems they have resurrected their hopes to sign him.
However, Blanc insists signing the 26-year-old would be tricky after PSG president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, recently withdrew from negotiations.
"There are many clubs interested in Di María. PSG cannot do what we want. It's a difficult case,” Blanc said during a press conference.
Initial talks between PSG and Real had broken down because the French champions considered the asking price of around £50 million for ‘too expensive’.
But following Carlo Ancelotti’s public announcement that Di Maria wants to leave the Los Blancos, PSG seem keen to sell one of their star players as make weight for Di Maria.
Manchester United are reportedly also keen on Di Maria, while AS Monaco certainly have enough money to sign the Argentine.
The advantage of the two French sides is their Champions League participation, because Di Maria would have to give up on European football if he would join United.
