Real Madrid reportedly snubbed a €150 million offer from Paris Saint-Germain for superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to Globo Esporte, the French champions submitted the mega bid to Los Blancos, who insisted the 30-year-old was not for sale.
However, the report also claims the situation could change in a year’s time, with Real reportedly keen to cash in on their superstar while they still can.
Ronaldo would then replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic, whose contract with the French club expires after the current season.
The Portuguese has also been linked with a return to Manchester United, but it seems PSG is his preferred destination.
The French giants will be able to offer him one final mega contract before he hangs up his boots or possibly finishes his career at a Major League Soccer club in the US.
Ronaldo has failed to score in his first two games for Real in this campaign so far, but is only 10 goals short of the club’s all-time scoring record.
