Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly which superstar he wishes to replace Wayne Rooney with at the Red Devils.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Portuguese manager has shown interest in Juventus attacker Paulo Dybala, believing can replace Rooney at United.
Rooney has been heavily linked with a move away from the Red Devils, and with Antoine Griezmann unlikely to leave Atletico Madrid, Mourinho is said to have turned his attention to the Juve man.
United were also reportedly looking at Gareth Bale, but the report claimed that Ed Woodward believes Dybala would be better for the club.
The 23-year-old has come on in leaps and bounds since joining the Italian giants, and is widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in football.
United are said to be chasing a quality attacker to bolster their squad, with names such as James Rodriguez and Alexandre Lacazette also in the mix.
Dybala has scored 42 goals and assisted a further 18 strikes in 94 matches since joining the Old Lady.
