Raja Casablanca’s captain, Mohamed Oulhaj, says that his side aren’t worried about anything going into their CAF Champions League clash with Kaizer Chiefs.
The Amakhosi host Raja on Saturday evening in the first leg of the CCL tie against the Moroccan giants, and will be hoping to make sure that their home advantage works in their favour.
However, Oulhaj, the club’s 27-year-old centre back, says that his team are prepared for Chiefs and that they are improving with every week that passes.
At yesterday’s press conference, the defender said, “We have the experience of having played in the final of the Club World Cup. We are not worried about anything.
“This isn’t as a result of a lack of consistency. It has more to do with a few players leaving for Europe and the Middle East at the end of last season. The new players coming into the team are now starting to gel. We have been getting better and better as the season progressed.
When asked for his opinion on the Amakhosi, Oulhaj said, “We respect them, they are the log leaders in South Africa, but we will be ready come Saturday.”
The match will commence at 19:30.
