With the new Betway Premiership season on the horizon, Orlando Pirates legend Steve Lekoelea has discussed what new coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has to do to earn the trust of the supporters.
Pirates matches will be under the microscope under Ouaddou, who will be thrown into the baptism of fire when the Buccaneers host Polokwane City in the MTN8 quarter-finals on Saturday 2 August.
The Moroccan-French coach will have a lot to prove, as he has only been exposed to three months of PSL experience at Marumo Gallants.

What will be even more of big interest and pressure, is how the 46-year-old coaches integrates new signings, in particular marquee recruits, Oswin Appollis and Sipho Mbule.
Former Pirates coach was also under immense pressure in the early stages of his reign but he quelled the noise by winning the MTN8 from his first season.
According to Lekoelea, there's no other recipe of silencing doubters other than winning from the get go.
"If he can win (the first) four games in a row, Pirates supporters can (at least) be satisfied, because Pirates supporters don't have patience, they are coaches themselves as well," Lekoelea said to Soccer Laduma.

"But if he loses his first two, three games, as coach you're gone," 'Chippa' pointed out the importance of making a first impression at the Mighty Bucs.
The Buccaneers enter the MTN8 tournament as defending champions, having won the tournament for three successive seasons.
"He has the material, a bunch of good players at Pirates. He needs to mix them very well, so he can win the MTN8, the ball is in his hands," the former Bucs number ten added.
Other Pirates signings include Yanela Mbuthuma (from Richards Bay), Masindi Nemtajela (Marumo Gallants), Tshepang Moremi (Amazulu), Nkosikhona Ndaba (Richards Bay), Sinoxolo Kwayiba (Chippa United), Tshepo Mashiloane (Baroka), Sihle Nduli (Stellenbosch) and Kamogelo Sebelebele from TS Galaxy.
