Nedbank Cup Result: University of Pretoria 5-0 Polokwane Rovers Date: 5 March 2016 Venue: Tuks Stadium University of Pretoria eased into the Nedbank Cup last 16 with a 5-0 hammering of Polokwane City Rovers on Saturday. The hosts got the scoring underway in the 12th minute as Getaneh Kebede found the back of the visitors' net with a neat finish following an assist from Thabo Mosadi. AmaTuks were two goals clear after 33 minutes thanks to Atusaye Nyondo's lobbed finish over the visiting goalkeeper's head. Sibusiso Mthethwa put the Tshwane outfit thoroughly in control seven minutes before the interval when his shot came off the crossbar and the goalkeeper before nestling in the back of the net. The result was put beyond all doubt only four minutes into the second half. Vuyisile Ntombayithethi produced a sensational strike into the back of the Rovers net to make it 4-0. Tuks were cruising after going four goals clear and comfortably saw out the rest of the last-32 clash to progress to the next round. In the 90th minute the hosts added a fifth goal for good measure as Thabo Nemukondeni squeezed a shot past the gloveman.
