So far, Black Leopards, Highlands Park, Real Kings, TS Sporting and Bloemfontein Celtic are through to the next round, while six more teams are yet to play.
Sundowns will lock horns with Vaal University of Technology this afternoon, while Baroka FC face off with Hungry Lions.
On Monday evening, Bidvest Wits will host Chippa United, where all eight teams will thereafter await the quarterfinal draw.
However, moving on, Chiefs will now direct all their attention to the Absa Premiership title race, the only trophy left to fight for.
Amakhosi will lock horns with Orlando Pirates at the FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon and it remains to be seen whether they will add to their lead at the top of the log.
