Stuart Baxter's men moved to the top of Group E after thumping Seychelles 6-0 at the FNB Stadium over the weekend.
With Libya falling to a 4-0 defeat to Nigeria on Saturday, Bafana can look to solidify top spot in the group.
The 6-0 win over the weekend was Bafana's biggest ever victory since their re-admission to international football in 1992.
The Pirates, meanwhile, find themselves rooted at the bottom of Group E, with three losses from three matches as their Afcon hopes look to be fading.
