New Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi is expected to hand out quite a few debuts as Amakhosi kickstart their Betway Premiership campaign this afternoon.
The Soweto giants are in the Free State to take on Marumo Gallants in a clash that has been confirmed to be sold out and there are a few players who could make their official debuts for the club after joining during pre-season.

One of those players is goalkeeper Fiacre Ntwari, the former TS Galaxy man who is likely to start in goal after his impressive performances for Rwanda in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya and Nigeria.
The defence will be an interesting one, considering most of the players Amakhosi signed are defenders. At right back, Reeve Frosler is expected to get a start, with new Angolan Inacio Miguel likely to partner Bafana Bafana player Rushwin Dortley at centre back. At left back, Bongani Sam could get the nod.
Nabi loves to have ball playing midfielders and this is where Yusuf Maart and returnee Njabulo Blom could get to partner in the middle of the park, with Mduduzi Shabalala playing in front of them.

Mfundo Vilakazi, Ranga Chivariro and Gaston Sirino could be the front three players that Nabi has as they look to make a positive start to the new season.
